What we collect, and what we don't.

The short version

We collect what you type into a form on this site, and nothing else. We don't sell it, we don't pass it to the businesses on the cards, and you can have it deleted by asking.

What we actually store

Advertising enquiries. Your name, business name, what the business does, which edition and size you asked about, your email address, your phone number if you gave one, anything you wrote in the message box, and where the enquiry came from — whether you scanned a QR code on a card, typed the address, or arrived from a link.

Messages. Whatever you put in the contact form, so we can answer it.

Both are stored in a database we run on Cloudflare, and both are used to reply to you and to run the advertising side of the business. We also record the IP address a submission came from, briefly, to stop the forms being used to send spam.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your details. We don't add you to a marketing list because you asked a question. There is no third-party analytics or advertising script on this site at the time of writing — if that changes, this page changes with it.

Getting it removed

Email hello@spotlighteditions.com or call 210-570-7708 and ask. We'll delete what we hold and confirm it. You don't have to give a reason.
